Television actor Noah Alexander Gerry, best known for his role in Station 19, has been arrested after authorities accused him of vandalizing public property in Burbank, California.
According to the Burbank Police Department, the 28-year-old performer was taken into custody on Monday, July 13, after officers responded to reports of graffiti being sprayed inside a wash basin near the intersection of Parish Place and Pacific Avenue at approximately 4:45 p.m.
Investigators stated that a witness observed two individuals inside the wash area, with one person allegedly using spray paint to mark a wall. Officers quickly arrived at the scene, detained both individuals, and ultimately arrested Noah Alexander Gerry.
Police said Gerry was booked on allegations of vandalism involving property damage exceeding $400 and possession of graffiti-related tools.
Authorities further claimed that the graffiti consisted of the word “Alec,” which Gerry allegedly described as the nickname of the individual accompanying him at the location.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that the investigation remains ongoing and that the case will be forwarded to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, which will determine whether formal criminal charges will be filed.
At this stage, the allegations have not been tested in court.
Following the arrest, Gerry’s longtime manager, Susie Mains, defended the actor’s character, describing him as a dedicated professional and creative artist.
She stated that although Gerry has portrayed rebellious characters on screen, his real-life personality is entirely different. Mains also emphasized that he neither promotes nor participates in unlawful or hazardous behavior.
According to her statement, the incident appears to have resulted from a misunderstanding rather than intentional misconduct.
She also noted that Gerry is a founding member of the art collective GAG! (Gallery Attendance Gallery).
Noah Alexander Gerry gained recognition for portraying Joey Phillips in ABC’s Station 19, the popular Grey’s Anatomy spin-off that concluded after its seventh season in 2024.
